Position requires 2 years in the following Experience in the field of IP Monetization Strategies, using relativity hosting tool to conduct confidential document reviews; Experience with Source code review tools PowerGREP, Beyond Compare, Eclipse, CYGWIN to perform technical discovery doc. review support on patent infringement litigation; Experience using tools such as fiddler and wireshark; Experience in the following technology domains Telecommunication GSM, 2G, 3G, 4G LTE technologies, Software including ERP, CRM and ecommerce websites both client and server architecture and search engines technology, and WiredWireless networking encryption, authentication and authorization techniques; Experience in performing prior art search and creating anticipatory and obviousness claim charts based on the prior art search results; Experience in providing patent portfolio analysis and licensingmonetization services, including patent classification based on patents technical category, assessment of patents applicability, infringement detectability, market size of patents technical category to help clients monetize their patent portfolio; Experience in the following performing potentially infringing target scouting, evidence mining for 100 targets and preparing preliminary infringement contentions, Databases used for evidence mining Delphion, Thomson Innovation, IEEE, Target products websites, Target products discussion forums, press releases and open source code, Search engines used for evidence mining Google. Position also requires 1 year of experience in analysis of source code in Java or C. Various unanticipated work locations throughout the US.
