Bachelors degree in any field and eight years of related professional experience or Masters degree in any field and six years of related professional experience. Must have at least three years of progressive railroad operations experience and at least three years of experience managing and leading people. Must have three years of progressive experience directly managing a large, unionized railroad operations workforce. Experience required in development of actionable safety plans pertaining to railroad operations. Must have experience with traffic management software, train movement management software, and people management software. National travel required up to 40 of the time.
