Skills in performing trip generation, trip distribution, and traffic assignment analyses, parking demand analysis, transit speed and delay analysis, transit routing and scheduling analyses, signal timing plans, level of service analyses for local intersections, freeway mainline, ramp junctions, and ramps, and VMT calculations; tools including Synchro, Vissim, TransCAD or Cube, ArcGIS or QGIS, Traffix, Python.
