Masters degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related plus 2 years of experience as SOX ManagerSenior, Project Manager, Analyst, or related required. Experience must include Document endtoend business processes in the telecommunications industry using Microsoft Visio, such as Acquire to Retire Fixed Assets and Inventory, MeterOrder to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financial Close and Reporting, Record to Report, Tax and Treasury. Review and execute SOX 404 testing based on Public Company Accounting Oversight Board PCAOB standards with proven ability to evaluate control deficiencies for quantitative and qualitative impacts and root causes. Experience with IT systems such as Cerillion, Oracle, SAP, and Peoplesoft systems, and controls, including how IT controls relate to business and operational processes, and testing IT general controls. Project management including scoping, organizing, planning, tracking, and executing various programsprojects including SarbanesOxley SOX programs, and internal audit and procurement projects. Evaluate and advise on effectiveness of business process designs, policies, procedures, reporting, and risk and controls reviews in multiple disciplines affecting financial reporting. Employer will accept a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience including the above, in lieu of a masters and 2 years. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
