Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.br br Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following Applying U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS or PCAOB Auditing Standards; Researching technical accounting issues; Communicating accounting and audit issues to clients in the private markets or technology sectors; and Documenting audit procedures performed.br br Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 25.
