Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance and five years of postBachelors progressively responsible experience in the position offered or as Corporate Controller, Financial Analyst, or Analyst Accounting Finance.br br ORbr br Masters degree in Accounting or Finance and three years of experience in the position offered or as Corporate Controller, Financial Analyst, or Analyst Accounting Finance.br br All required experience must have included preparing monthly financial reporting by applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP rules; utilizing Oracle PeopleSoft or NetSuite application to book accounting entries, run reports, perform accounting research and analysis, close of books and records; applying knowledge of accrual basis of accounting, variance analysis, actuals vs. estimates, internal controls, and account reconciliations; working with financial statements, including balance sheet and income statements; collaborating across functions, field organizations and external team members to quickly and accurately review exceptions, and troubleshoot and resolve issues, such as data reconciliation between various financial systems; working with SharePoint and Microsoft Excel; utilizing analytics applications and dashboards QlikView or Smartsheet to connect financial flow of information and consolidate data for endtoend work management; and conducting financial analysis and reporting using Hyperion.br br This role entails hybrid work, with some work days required in our Jersey City, NJ office 101 Hudson St., Jersey City, NJ 07302 and New York, NY office 520 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022 and other work days telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.
