Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus five years of experience in performing SQL server database management to develop high performance web applications. Experience must include five years of liaising between business teams and software development teams to ensure that solution requirements are implemented according to business needs; providing postimplementation application support, SQL database management, and data analytics and visualizations, and analyzing trends in key metrics; participating in project kickoff meetings, and working with client personnel to gather data sources; performing data extraction, validation checks, and data preparation based on application requirements, rolling forward client databases from prior years, and setting up databases according to client and industry requirements; designing, programming, and debugging web applications using ASP.NET, Web Services, JavaScript frameworks, and SQL Server; organizing and analyzing complex data sets in SQL, MS Access and MS Excel, and writing complex SQL queries; providing technical advice on database and application software architecture and addressing crossfunctional requirements, including incorporating security and scalability; performing performance tuning and maintaining availability and stability of web applications that use SQL Server; and utilizing MS Visual Studio, .NET framework, and Service Oriented Architecture SOA to create multitiered web and windows applications and using Windows Communication Foundation WCF to encapsulate, reuse, and distribute business functionality.
