Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.br br br Experience in H.6 or H.10 to involve 1 develop and administer an efficient global supply chain for industrial equipment products and permanent materials for construction projects; 2 monitor inventories for global products and assist to increase growth, through utilizing past global procurement experience; 3 purchase the highest quality materials at the lowest possible cost in correct amounts per company specifications and drawings and confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or service and determine corrective action; 4 implement an effective sourcing strategy to reduce costs of products and manage sourcing processes and institute KPIs to measure and document quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness from the production supply base; and 5 monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely arrival and distribution of goods, resolve conflicts related to undelivered goods and prepare and issue Request for Proposals RFPs and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals to identify vendors and subcontractors who meet project constraints of budget and schedule at the estimating, execution and site purchasing levels.
