Masters degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or foreign degree equivalent, and three 3 years of supply chain management experience in consultancy firm, ecommerce or retail environment, which includes experiencebr br Overseeing endtoend inventory flow using ERP, SAP and WMS, and developing strategies to improve demand planning, accelerate sales growth and improve PL;br br Reviewing and analyzing trends of instock, overstocks, fillrate and on time performance, and develop shortterm and longterm strategies for continuous improvement;br br Utilizing advanced data analytics tools Apache Hadloop, Redshift, and Teradata to analyze the surge demand during COVID19 and building visualization dashboards tools with Tableau and Looker to highlight items with unprecedented demand and provide insights and direction to quickly respond to the surge demand;br br Defining retail and supply chain metrics to evaluate supplier performance and create a supplier scorecard template that pulls raw data and KPIs from multiple SQL databases, providing data visibility into the state of the business; andbr br Working with large datasets and utilizing statistical modeling through regression analysis to determine demand seasonality and incorporate into forecasts, mitigating risks driven by capacity constraint, demand variabilities, and long lead times.br br Experience may be gained concurrently.br br Please note that employers address and worksite address changed in January 2023 to a new address within the same MSA as the former address.
