Position requires 7 years of related experience, which must have some experience in each of the following skills Developing and managing a multimilliondollar 100 million or more annually maintenance and capital expense budget for mobile frac assets and facilities and maintaining an equipment maintenance schedule using PL ledgers; Develop project plans and budget for fracturing fleets additions based on fracturing job design and fracturing equipments operational readiness; CMMS software Fiix used to identify, track, and record fracturing equipment maintenance intervals, repairs and projects including data analytics, technician time, technical training documents, compliance reporting; Maintenance plan development of diesel and electrically powered fracturing equipment including fracturing pumps, hydration units and proppant blenders to build and execute maintenance plans including predictive and corrective maintenance; Review Major component CAT 3500 series, TH48, TH55, Allison 9830, 9832, MTU T94, T95 diagnostic assessments and plan reparative actions based on these assessments; and Drafting and reading hydraulic and electrical system blueprints and schematics.
