In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is seven 7 years of experience in process engineering, automation, equipment maintenance, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related and five 5 years of experience in process engineering, automation, equipment maintenance, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and seven 7 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include At least one 1 year of management experience over teams of at least fifty 50 people; At least three 3 years of process and paint equipment launch experience, including RFQ preparation, engineering reviews, and commissioning; Durr, Fanuc, or ABB Paint automation; Problem solving methodology including 8D, Six Sigma certification not required, or fishbone; Ignition, PLC, and EMES interfacing acumen; Paint thermal and chemical process parameters; and Experience driving operation excellence on critical Safety, Quality, Delivery or Cost Metrics. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.
