Must possess the following at least 5 years of national experience conducting traffic and toll revenue studies for Express Lanes and Toll Roads; at least 5 years of travel demand modeling experience working with TransCAD, CUBE and ArcGIS; at least 3 years of statistical modeling experience and data analytics experience using R; at least 2 years of experience developing traffic and toll revenue estimates and monitoring toll facilities.
