Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Behavior Analysis or a directly related field, plus two 2 years postbaccalaureate experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Experience must include providing intervention ABA therapy to children and young adults with severe to profound neurodevelopmental delays or challenging behaviors, design and implementation of analytical behavioral interventions including operational systems on evidence based best practices for organization developments in ABA for early intervention. Also reqs. current Behavior Analyst Board Certification. Position will be headquartered in Gastonia, NC, and allows for telecommuting from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
