Must possess expertiseknowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertiseknowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertiseknowledge cannot be quantified by time. Required expertiseknowledge includes Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors. Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, stateprovince, and federalnational statutes and guidelines. Ability to manage technical team. Possesses advanced knowledge of Piping Engineering Software i.e. Red Bag Piping Class Component and Material Manager. Possesses advanced knowledge of piping components, commercial availability and cost of materials. With minimum supervision, develops specifications, RFQs and Bid Analyses. Identifies deviations in job scope, estimates magnitude of changes, and initiates trends or change orders. Determines staffing requirements and installed cost estimates.
