Requires a Masters or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or a related field and 8 years of experience in ATE automated test equipment test development for SoC products. Must have the following experience Teradyne J750FLEX tester; Teradyne Eagle; Electronic engineering principles in areas includingbr analog and digital circuits, microprocessor, power devices, and highspeed signal integrity; Designing PCBs using schematic capture tools such as OrCAD Cadence Allegro; Test programming and programming in IGXL VBasic, CC and script languages; Shared software development environment; Automotive SoC product, test flow and quality insurance; Designing for testability and manufacturability; and Exposure to test outsourcing environment and remote debugging.
