Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus five 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related occupation working with SFDC supporting sales, marketing or service. Experience must include Sales, Service and Field Service business processes within a business analysis or project management capacity; Full cycle implementation of salesforce applications including requirement gathering, gap analysis, process analysis, specification for developments, testing, documentation, training organization and delivery, enduser support; Administration and management of a global CRM tool, i.e. preferably Salesforce.com; Implementation of Salesforce.com functionality within large organizations; Connection of SFDC usage to improve processes and drive adoption; Project experience with Integration to SAP and other DW systems; Project management experience; and Migration of salesforce classic to Salesforce Lightning. Must also possess Salesforce certification Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Application Architect.
