Requires a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering any or related field and 10 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience as an Accountability Framework Manager, Transformation Program Manager, Strategy and Analytics, Risk Manager, Policy Manager or related position involving process reengineering focusing on operations, risk management and issue management. 10 years of experience must include Enterprise Risk Management and Governance Framework; Technology and Data Infrastructure for metrics, including risk and control metrics; Model Risk Management, including operational setup of models; and Advanced analytics and data visualization using SQL and Python. 5 years of experience must include Regulatory and Issue Management within financial services. Proof of full vaccination against COVID19 required prior to commencing employment.
