Requires five 5 years of experience with institutional equity trading desks; applying US GAAP concepts across equity and derivative products; general ledger close process and associated control frameworks; analyzing and presenting findings on balance sheet and revenue drivers tailored to various audiences; executing on adhoc requests from stakeholders across finance and the business units; assessing the impact of new regulatory and accounting policies to the equity division and summarizing impact to stakeholders; driving process changes to improve the control environment; and Microsoft Office Suite.
