Bachelors degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 2 years of experience working for a general contractor, includingbr 2 years of experience on large commercial building projects or building projects involving life sciences inpatient facilities, labs, or cleanroom spaces;br 2 years of experience with MEP systems coordination and complex structure;br 2 years of experience reading architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical plans and specifications;br 2 years of experience defining scope of work, cost estimate and budget, work plan schedule, quality control, and risk identification;br 2 years of experience conferring and coordinating with clients, engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors throughout project lifecycle;br 2 years of experience managing all construction and change documents;br 2 years of experience processing and completing thorough review of all submittals for quality assurance;br 2 years of experience procuring subcontractor pricing consistent with estimating work plans;br 2 years of experience making decisions and solving problems; andbr 2 years of experience in Revit or Bluebeam.br br Must be OSHA 10 Certified.br br Experience may be gained concurrently.
