Must have 4 years of experience in each of the followingbr 1. Identifying opportunities, and defining and proposing improvements material yield optimization, scrap reduction, insourcing, supply chain, volume optimization, process improvement, cycle time and weight reduction for cost reductions;br 2. Managing the launch of manufacturing programs for automotive exhaust systems and components; andbr 3. Troubleshooting quality issues weld integrity, weld penetration, porosity, cold weld, undercut, weld fusion, robot speed of automotive exhaust systems and components;br Must have 2 years experience with each of the followingbr 1. Using manufacturing tools Hoshin, Kaizen, 8D, TPM, 5S, SMED, Kanban to optimize production systems;br 2. Troubleshooting breakdowns of welding equipment feeders, wires, power source, whips, diffusers, tips; andbr 3. Installing and starting new and used welding molding equipment, and training plant personnel on the welding equipment and processes used in the manufacture of exhaust systems andbr components.
