Requires a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or Human Resources and 5 years of experience in a global HR leadership role for a multinational confectionary and food product company. Experience must include working on global reorganizations; supporting the talent review process to develop and evaluate retention plans; and, developing plans and deployment of multicultural and multifunctional strategies in the Latin America region.
