Experience must includebr br New product commercialization processes emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test, or reliability activities.br Quality engineering fundamentalsbr Leading project teams.br Failure mode effect analysis FMEA with practical experience in process related FMEA.br Design of Experiments, life data analysis, and other related statistical tools and software, such as Minitab and Reliasoft.br Quality management systems, including 8D methodology, root cause analysis and corrective action, deviation management, and supplier continuous improvement.br Manufacturing quality systems, including control plan reviews, SPC chart analysis, and deviation management.br Cell manufacturing process, process and quality management audit.br Team leadership through proven track record, collaborative interactions, and written processes.br Setting up dedicated battery labs as part of operational expansion and building organizational capacity.br br Ability to travel up to 20 domestically and internationally.
