Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or closely related field and three 3 years of experience performing financial planning and analysis.br br Full term of experience must include following applying knowledge of PL reporting in predominantly SaaS solution business models; establishing sales reporting for acquired entities and organization wide forecasting methodologies; presenting reports to Csuite executives and senior management, providing insightful commentary and distilling key facts; leading impactful projects, communicating timelines effectively, and resolving potential issues to avoid delays and drive best possible results; applying knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Hyperion Essbase Tools to provide guidance for dashboard and report building; representing organization at external vendor demonstrations, evaluating options, and summarizing their suitability to executive leadership teams; and mentoring, developing, and managing junior team members both onshore and offshore.
