1 Electron Microscopy technology including SEM Scanning Electron Microscopy and FIB Focused Ion Beam; 2 creating TEM lamella with in all three axis Top down, Plain view and Inverted of various sizes and final thickness; 3 operating, setting up creating automated TEM sample sequences using Thermo Fisher iFAST or AutoTEM software; 4 statistical analysis software such as jmp or Minitab; 5 advanced scripting language like Python or equivalent; 6 SEM imaging, FIB Milling and FIB deposition and sample manipulation; and 7 electron beams. Any suitable combination of education, training andor experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted. Telecommuting is an option.
