This position requires a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Automotive Engineering or related field, plus five 5 years of experience as an Automotive Seat Engineer or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with 1 Complete seat design integration of foam, trim, plastics, structures, and wiring; 2 Mechanical aptitude for problem solving using tools such as KT, A3, FTA, and 8D; 3 GDT and the ability to facilitatedevelop and implement on drawings; 4 Statistical analysis of data performancesupplier dimensional data and interpret data to understand trends; 5 Honda RD Americas design, development, and launch process; and 6 Catia V5 2D drawing and layout creation 3D design.
