Requires skills and experience in the following Working knowledge of HACCP, USDA, FDA requirements for producing safe food; Able to read schematics and blueprints in order to sign off on drawings and equipment installation; Capital Budgeting in order to stay within budget and achieve project ROI; and Strong knowledge of financial reports across multiple functional areas.br Requires travel once per month to Houston, TX and potentially longer travel for FATs, Equipment conferences visiting vendors, approximately 34 times a year. Position will supervise the work of other employees.
