Working with C programming.br 2. Working with AUTOSAR components and configuration tools.br 3. Developing low level embedded software drivers.br 4. Implementing and integrating complex device drivers.br 5. Working with vehicle communication CAN and UDS protocols.br 6. Developing flashable boot loaders.br 7. Working with Lauterbach debugging tools.br 8. Developing in an ASPICE environment.br 9. Working with ISO26262 ASIL CD level.br br Experience may be obtained concurrently.br br This is a key position with AAM, responsible in part for designing, developing and testing of software components including flashable bootloaders; developing and configuring AUTOSAR components; developing low level embedded software drivers including complex device drivers; debugging software issues using Lauterbach debuggers; creating detailed designs to link the software implementation to the requirements; developing software code in C to implement the software design; conducting unit and integration tests to validate the software implementation; and utilizing CAN and UDS protocols to develop, test, and diagnose the embedded software. Because this is a key and critical position, requiring extensive knowledge of, as well as experience with, applicable concepts and complex engineering issues, a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field, or foreign equivalent education, and 5 years post baccalaureate progressive experience working in the automotive software development field, is required, as the position involves developing software to an ISO 26262 ASIL CD level; supporting issue analysis and corrective action definitions; and developing software in an ASPICE compliant process.
