Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus seven 7 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Endtoend dataflow in a complex application architecturebr Understanding the principles behind system observability for quick diagnosticsbr Advising teams on how to improve and implement observability within their own productsbr Managing the Major Incident Process for the organizationbr Implementing organizational changes as appropriate to endtoend operational processesbr Knowledge of how thirdparty systems interact with internal computer systemsbr Knowledge of differing software tools to assist with troubleshooting and to identify system improvementsbr br In lieu of a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and seven 7 years of experience, employer will accept nine 9 years of experience in all of the above.
