Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science and five 5 years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in implementing new projects, functionality by configuring the BA7 system portal and administrative applications in accordance with the requirement guidelines and healthcare provisions that supports complex benefit programs for Fortune 500 client and hundreds of thousands of endusers; conducting feasibility analysis of new web changes to provide time and effort estimation for required project changes as well as maintaining technical analysis requirements; Troubleshooting, resolving, and providing root cause analysis related to complex technical web portal investigations on multitiered technical environment around application, data, eligibility, payroll and requirement issues; and guiding and mentoring one to many peers or members of technical teams as needed.br br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
