All Requirements Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Financial Engineering, Accounting, Economics or related field plus 4 years experience in a financial or investment analysis role. Experience may be gained concurrently and must include the followingbr 1 2 years experience with financial statement projection model, merger and acquisition model, and leveraged buyout model;br 2 2 years of experience in venture capital andor private equity deal execution;br 3 4 years experience with financial ratio analysis;br 4 4 years experience in company level valuation analysis and models including discounted cash flow DCF analysis, discounted dividend DDM analysis, comparable company analysis, comparable transaction analysis, accretion and dilution analysis, multivariable regression analysis, and solvency analysis;br 5 4 years experience using electronic data sources including Bloomberg, Factiva, Capital IQ.
