Three 3 years of experience developing and implementing IT strategies effective in delivering projects within set budget and time constraints. Prior experience must include three 3 years of experience managing resources for projects including personnel, tools, and equipment including Microsoft Project professional, JIRA, and Confluence; working with cloud technologies including Salesforce, Dynamics, Power BI, Azure, and AWS to support cloud development; using systems architecture including OSI model to capture and translate requirements for software development; performing Scrum Master role to organize, plan and assign work packages; establishing and maintaining project milestones and managing backlog of project requirements to support sprint planning; conducting risk assessments to identify factors capable of minimizing project success, producing reports of IT operations, and presenting to management; managing User Acceptance Testing, ensuring issues are triaged and prioritized as appropriate; ensuring smooth transition from old technological systems to new ones; and in executing duties, utilizing MS Visio, Lucidchart, activity diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams.
