Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field. Must have 5 years of experience in offered role or related role project planning for large and complex initiatives across food or snack product and packaging organization. Experience must include developing advanced analytics platforms and data management systems to enable data driven decisions for global RD that provide insights for future technology development recommendations; translating complex technical challenges into computer simulations to enable rapid, high quality innovation across categories; preparing structural simulations using FEA tools for new technical development; and identifying foundation of RD data needs for data governance and digitalization.
