Requires 3 years of experience Understanding both constrained and unconstrained demand management in a constrained capacity environment; With model dynamic flow patterns of demand through a complex, connective capacity network; building network topology to optimize the asset structures that flow demand. Requires 2 years of experience with SQL; scheduling software, demand modeling, transportation management systems andor geographic information systems. Telecommuting permitted.
