Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, International Business or a closely related field of study, and 10 years minimum of related work experience.br br Qualifying experience must includebr br Comfortable in a startup environment, pragmatic, proactive, entrepreneurial.br FX experience within the Americas region, ideally across multiple industry segments.br Experience within a multistakeholder, multibuying group sales environment.br Experience of successfully building and managing an effective client pipeline leading to client acquisition.br Knowledge of the Transactional FX market, applicable solutions and related industry contacts.br Knowledge of the payments landscape ideally within the Americas region.br Knowledge of the contractual legal processes comfort with the interface between legal and commercial functions.br Experience working closely with sales and support teams.br Working knowledge of technology solutions, particularly the link between system and business value delivery.br Experience within regional arm of global business.br Some understanding of local and global regulatory environment.
