Required skills Assess building condition and HVAC heating, ventilation, and air conditioning as well as plumbing requirements for client work requests; Perform necessary load calculations to determine the necessary air or hydronic system modification which includes equipment replacement andor system rebalancing; Generate engineered construction documents including drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software as well as specification documents under the supervision of senior staff for bid and construction purposes; Assist in development of the scope of work SOW for mechanical HVAC projects and coordinate with clients, general contractors, as well as internal engineering and architectural disciplines in the design of said projects.
