Qualifying experience as an Engineer or substantially similar position must include performing the following Utilize knowledge of product design, materials, parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production, assembly methods, and quality control standards for the design, engineering and manufacture of rod and wire products and stampings using the following AUTOCAD, CATIA V6, SOLIDWORKS, MINITAB, ANSYS , LSDYNA; resolve quality concerns and support Research and Development with design change requests DCR and assist new product launch process via APQP documentation for vehicle projects; promote material savings and seek to reduce work time by eliminating COPQ issues; and assist in building prototype, prelaunch, production control plans in APQP for New Product Introduction.
