Training and handson experience in thin film electroplating. Knowledge or experience of experiment design and data analysis about plating process control. Handson skills in thin film characterization about film composition and thickness. Electrochemical characterization of electroplating process using techniques such as LSV, CV. Knowledge of advanced techniques about materials characterization such as XRF, SEMEDS, TEM, XRD. Multiple project management and leadership.
