Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate engineering experience in the chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, instrument, or utility industry.br br Of the required experience, must also havebr br 5 years of experience in implementation of effective reliability strategies such as preventive maintenance plans for equipment, conditionbased maintenance, equipment testing, turnaround cycles, mean time between failure analysis, or similar.br 5 years of experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and scope development in the instrument, electrical petrochemical, or refinery field.br 5 years of experience investigating equipment failures and performing root cause analysis using common industry methodologies such as Cause Mapping, 5Why, Failure Mode Cause Analysis, Fishbone, or similar.br 5 years of experience with safety instrumented systems, IPL individual layers of protection which relate to electrical and instrumentation fields; andbr 5 years of experience in reading, redlining, and designing electrical and instrument diagrams which pertain to management of change for existing plant equipment andor new equipment implementations.
