The five 5 years of experience must involve the gathering requirements and translating into user requirements; using Agile methodologies and working with Agile teams; and working with stakeholders and delivery partners from product inception, discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization, design, development, testing, and release. Of which, 2 years of experience must have been in the Oil Gas Pipeline industry. Must have the following certifications APO Agile Product Ownership, ATF Agile Team Facilitation, PSPO Professional Scrum Product Owner, and AAC Agile Analysis Certification.
