Must have 7 years of progressive HR experience in a clientfacing role, within the asset management industry with the following working in a highly collaborative global matrix organization; demonstrating knowledge and business acumen of the asset management industry; partnering with managers on all people and organization related situations by proactively identifying issues, asking good questions, recommending solutions as well as providing advice; advising and influencing all levels of managers on complex employee related issues; leading and executing change management plans that support strategic initiatives; planning and executing programs and projects effectively and meet target dates; successfully supporting global clients and navigate conflicting priorities of all constituencies; conducting root cause analysis on business issues and recommending practical and effective HR solutions; identifying and addressing individual and team performance gaps; analyzing HR and business data; and creatingpresenting solid management information to aid leaders in making good business decisions. Position may be eligible to work hybridremotely but is based out of and reports to Invesco offices in Atlanta, GA. Must be available to travel to Atlanta, GA regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24hours notice.
