This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and two 2 years of related experience in human resources. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 working with SAP, including entering data, creating and running reports, and completing audits; 2 understanding local labor markets in multiple countries; 3 supporting at least two of the following HR systems andor processes Cornerstone, SAP, PayFactors, merit increase process, talent assessment process, or onboarding; and 4 creating and maintaining data analytics to support business decision using Excel or PowerBI. All experience may have been gained concurrently.
