Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center – $135,387.00/Year

Five 5 years of postbaccalaureate process development or research laboratory experience includingbr br 2 years supporting Tcell based processes including CART, TCR and NK;br 2 years isolating primary cells such as T cells, B cells, and stem cells from primary sources including tissues and apheresis;br 2 years with design of experiment DOE fundamentals and resultant data analysis;br 2 years utilizing analytical methods to characterize processes including cellbased assays, flow cytometry, and proteomicgenomic methods;br 3 years designing and developing processes for scaleup and transfer into a GMP manufacturing environment;br 2 years evaluating technical data and writing technical documents;br 2 years utilizing understanding of cGMP requirements for clinical manufacturing;br 2 years of experience communicating to technical and nontechnical audiences orally and in writing; and,br 2 years managing projects.br br Must be willing and able to wear appropriate clean room attire and have the ability to don and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment PPE.br Fred Hutch has a mandatory COVID19 vaccine requirement, with exceptions only for approved medical or religious accommodations.
