Edson Pagotto is one of the proprietors of the company. Edsons biological mother is the sister of the aliens grandfather. Please note that the Edson Pagotto was not involved in interviewing applicants and does not make hiring decisions. The President, John Daghmizian, is the official person that has control over hiring decisions. Marcio Sanchez was the official person responsible for interviewing the applicants, but no U.S. workers were willing, qualified, and available to fill the position.
