Requires seven 7 years of experience in Leading teams of professional engineers, procurement staff, and construction personnel. Must also have five 5 years of experience in client management and engineering project management. Must also have two 2 years of experience in the following Substation physical design; Substation protection and control schematics and wiring diagrams; Substation and transmission bill of material and specification; Transmission construction methods and procedures; Electrical equipment vendors, and electrical codes including IEE, NEC, and NESC; Microsoft Project or P6; Microsoft Office; Contractual legal terms and conditions; Project risks and mitigation plans and project controls programs. Telecommuting up to thirty 30 days per year is allowed. Domestic Travel up to 25 of the time is required for project site visits.
