Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.br br Must have 4 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Test Management including estimating, planning, script development and maintenance, and execution;br Test Maturity Models, including validation and process improvement initiatives;br Daytoday operations and management of providing software testing services and quality assurance to an engagement;br Tracking and reporting on service level and metrics;br Validating testability of requirements and providing test effort;br Conducting defect triage meetings with different teams involved in Software Development Lifecycles SDLC; andbr Conducting root cause analysis of defects found during system integration testing.br br Must have 2 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Supporting User Acceptance Testing effort and working with business users to drive testing; andbr Leading and coordinating onshore and offshore teams supporting systems integration testing.br br Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80 of the time to meet client needs.
