Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology, or related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or 4 years of experience developing software. In lieu of a bachelors degree and 4 years of experience, the employer will accept a masters or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated. Also requires 2 years of experience performing systemplatform engineering and administration in largescale enterprise environment; working with virtualization and cloud technologies, and related opensource software platforms and languages including Java, Linux, PerlPythonPHP, Apache Hadoop and AWS; building Hadoop platforms at a largescale enterprise environment; using Agile and iterative application lifecycle methodologies; and working with at least two of the following technologies Apache HBase, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, or Apache NiFi. Position reports to office in Atlanta, GA. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
