Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience working with wireless Policy Control Systems, including performing system integration, administration, configuration, or troubleshooting; reading, understanding, and interpreting 3GPP specifications, concepts, and protocols related to Packet Core, and IMS; working with 3GPP IP multimedia subsystem components or relevant Mobile Circuit Switched Core Networks to provide voice or video communications over mobile 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G networks; creating technical documentation, including at least two of the following Method of Procedure MOP, Acceptance Test Procedures ATP, technical reports, design diagrams, callflow diagrams, network diagrams, design documentation, implementation guides, operations guides, or test plans.
