Five 5 years of progressively responsible experience coordinating with IT functions to ensure the latest functionality updates to EBanking platforms are present. Prior experience must include five 5 years of progressively responsible experience identifying and solving complex functional and technical issues through data comparison and flow mapping; tracking problem ticket closures to ensure correct resolution, root cause analysis and prevention is implemented; ensuring technical requirements are expedited during development and implementation; ensuring broken functionality is properly resolved by providing specific technical guidance of expected vs actual functionality to development teams; interfacing with client technical support teams to understand improvement areas; coordinating with internal and external customers for enabling integration testing environments using NACHA, ANSI, EDI, SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 formats; maintaining knowledge of integration processes via robust documentation; performing process optimization using Lean methodologies; and creating minor automations using VBA for MS Excel and MS Access primarily for internal reports.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
