Position requires Masters degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field or foreign equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations.br br Experience with the followingbr 1. Pricing phases of construction work and producing cost estimates at major project milestones;br 2. Interpreting scope documents from construction drawings to complete quantity takeoffs and developing budgetcost estimates;br 3. Producing budgetcost estimates and reports including material prices, market studies, location conditions, lead time impact, inflation, excessive demand and labor availability;br 4. Applying researched and accurate unit costs and productivity rates to budgetcost estimates; andbr 5. Utilizing OnScreen Takeoffs, CostX, Bluebeam, Revit and Assemble.br br Employment and background checks may also be required.
