Masters degree in Nutrition Sciences or Food Science and 2 years of experience in strategic analysis in scoping and ensuring product compliance or Bachelors degree in Nutrition Sciences or Food Science and 5 years of experience in strategic analysis in scoping and ensuring product compliance. Experience must include reviewing formulas, label artwork and claim substantiation for compliance; ensuring compliance with FDA and Health Canada regulations and consistency in regulatory decision across brand portfolio; and background in laws and regulations related to overthecounter, NHP, and Dietary Supplements and Food. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
